5 warm, 5 run, 3 walk, 5 run, 3 walk, 5 run, 5 cool
I found this first day easier than my former first days. I was a bit worried since we had spent the weekend out of town in CC and I'd eaten everything in sight but I decided just to do it. It was a stretch near the end but Chubby Jones really helped motivate me.
And finishing the last 5 run going slightly downhill was genius, again.
