5 warm, 8 run, 5 walk, 8 run, 5 cool
I was riding high on the success of D1 so I just went for it! I'm so glad I did.
I didn't really feel the "I can do anything" feeling after 5 minutes when "things start to get easier" but I did make it for 8 straight and finished the run fairly strongly.
This is a direct quote from my FB page that morning: Please send your condolences to my morning run because I just KICKED ITS ASS!
44 of my friends "liked" it and a few promised to send sympathy cards to my run. :)
*this post is dated since I wrote it retroactively
